I have been overwhelmed with everyone else’s needs for so long I don’t know what its like to do for myself. My health is not good and I am only able to work at what easy jobs I can find which are few and far between. I do suffer from ‘untreated depression.’ So yes, I do lack much needed ‘me time’..

Last night I lit a candle and lay in bed during the session and I did fall asleep..I don’t recall dreaming anything..I was up early and gone but I did notice I was pain free in my back…I am feeling tired and will be retiring early I’m sure, but I’m looking forward to relaxing tomorrow at least for a while.

I thank you and spirit so much for the time and healing sent my way! I will keep what you have written close and read it again and again…so I fully understand what was found. You have no idea how much I have looked forward to it! Blessings and with much love and gratitude!
