Come join me for this intimate experimental gathering of 4, as we combine the energetic healing properties of Mother Natures organic herbs with the deep resonant frequencies of the Tibetan bowls – helping us to go deeper into experience: creating relaxation, balance and physical restoration of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

Herbal tea blends are created with specific intentional purpose, by me. A general list of all ingredients that could be used will be sent out to each confirmed reservation for review and signed consent regarding any existing allergies.

Provided: yoga mats, blanket/pillows, bolster if needed.
Please wear comfortable/loose clothing.

A journal/pen for experienced is encouraged.

Please arrive and be settled no later than 5 minutes prior.

This is a moment out of our day/week to tune into our selves, the sounds of the universe, the subtle smells of herbs and sounds of the frequencies around us.
